The European branch of the International Cinema Technology Association today announced the winners of its 2018 awards, celebrating technological leadership and innovation in the European cinema exhibition industry.
The winners are:
Classic Cinema of the Year: Zoo Palast Berlin, Germany
New Build Cinema of the Year: Cinestar 4DX, Mall of Split, Croatia
Best Cinema Refurbishment of the Year: Village World @ The Mall Athens, Greece
Representatives of the winning cinemas will be honored during ICTA’s award ceremony in Barcelona prior to the start of CineEurope.
