Seah Named Executive Director, CEO of Digital Domain Holdings

Daniel Seah, executive director, CEO, Digital Domain HoldingsDigital Domain Holdings Limited has named Daniel Seah executive director and CEO. Seah had been serving as CEO of the company’s visual effects division Digital Domain 3.0.

As executive director and CEO he will have encompassing authority to broker major strategic partnerships including new media ventures, movie productions, co-productions, intellectual property and will continue to work day to day with the artists at the Digital Domain 3.0 campuses.

His experience in the entertainment industry combined with his extensive business background make him a unique talent.  We are fortunate to have Daniel to lead our team."

Seah took over the role of CEO at Digital Domain 3.0 in 2013. Under his stewardship the company has completed work on the box office successes Maleficent and the co-production of Ender’s Game as well as high profile clients United, Kia, Nissan the video games Destiny, Assassin’s Creed and Halo. The company also broke new ground utilizing their 3D hologram technology for live concerts in Taiwan and Hong Kong with a Virtual Teresa Teng, the late Chinese pop diva.  

Seah graduated from Peking University with a Masters Degree in Law (with a major in international politics) and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Law.  He previously worked as an investment banker at Barclays and has extensive experience in the financial industry with expertise in securities, options, fund management and international business development.
