Omniplex Cinemas, Ireland’s largest cinema chain, has signed an agreement with Showtime Analytics to provide it with customer analytics and communication for its 33 theatres. As existing users of the Showtime Insights platform, a real-time operational analysis tool that brings Ticketing, Concessions, Occupancy and Staffing data together in one place, Omniplex have long been committed to using advanced analytics in a way that helps them to better serve their customers

While they have been using demographic based email marketing for some time, Omniplex wanted to get closer to their customers by applying a behavioral based approach to their communications.
