Vista Group International has reached an agreement with its long-term Latin American business partner Senda Dirección Tecnológica to take a controlling 60 percent share in the company, which will be renamed Vista Latin America, become of full member of the Vista Group and continue to be run by its founders and managers, Armando Mejias and Gustavo Ortega.

Vista Group International has agreed to pursue a partnership with German independent cinema operator Yorck Kinogruppe, Berlin’s premier art house cinema chain. Yorck Kinos plans to work with two Vista Group companies: Vista Entertainment and Movio. Yorck Kinos is Movio’s first German customer.
Éclair today announced a theatrical delivery agreement with Zurich-based Diagonal to offer service solutions to film studios, distributors and cinema exhibitors.
