GDC Technology Limited’s Hong Kong manufacturing facility has received ISO 9001:2015 certification, an internationally recognized standard for Quality Management Systems certified by SGS, the multinational certification service based in Geneva, Switzerland.
As the most widely used QMS standard across the world, the company said, receiving ISO 9001:2015 certifies GDC’s ability to consistently produce reliable digital cinema systems comprising of a cinema projector, media server, cinema audio processor and media storage that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. ISO 9001:2015 is accreditation that illustrates how GDC aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the manufacturing system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity.
