Val Morgan Cinema has today announced three internal promotions across their sales team, with the appointment of Jemima Withinshaw to group sales manager, Dominik Politano to group sales manager – direct and independent agencies and Julia Bonato to account manager.
With tenure spanning over six years, Withinshaw has cemented herself as a leader within the Val Morgan Cinema business, inspiring and motivating her peers, and driving a positive and collaborative team culture. Withinshaw said, “Over the past six years, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to grow my career within the team, starting as a coordinator, and now taking on a new role as group sales manager. I have really enjoyed being part of the significant and continued growth of Val Morgan and I am thrilled to continue my development within such a dynamic business leading our exceptionally talented team working across the IPG Mediabrands business.”
Politano started his journey at Val Morgan in October 2021 as NSW direct business manager and moved into the role of group sales manager – direct in February 2022. He possesses a wealth of experience working with agency teams during his tenure at JCDecaux and APN Outdoor, which has positioned him to take on a more comprehensive role leading the independent agency team, in addition to the direct team.

I’m now so excited to expand my remit to work with more of Australia’s largest independent agencies. “Jemima and Dominik will report to NSW sales director, Annaliese Pedavoli. Julia Bonato, who has been with the business for two years, has also been promoted to account manager. She will continue to work across Publicis and report to Georgia Cerutti.
