Southern Selects Showtime Analytics for Data, Customer Communications

Southern Theatres has selected Showtime Analytics to provide it with an operational data platform and customer communication system. Southern Theatres, a top 20 theatre circuit in the United States, operates 18 multiplexes with 266 screens across the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Texas.

Southern Theatres has selected Showtime Analytics to provide it with an operational data platform and customer communication system. Southern Theatres, a top 20 theatre circuit in the United States, operates 18 multiplexes with 266 screens across the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Texas.Southern needed a way to align their whole team on sales metrics and operational key performance indicators, while delivering a superior guest experience that keeps their customers coming back to their theatres. Southern was no stranger to using data to help strategically fuel their growth, having previously developed some internal analytics programs to help it gain insights into their point-of-sales data.
