Offering a centralized approach to raising tickets while browsing an extensive knowledge base, the support portal provides a simple, self-serve solution that connects the customer directly to the AAM Service Desk, removing the need to call or send emails.
Pathé Netherlands today signed an agreement to deploy Cielo’s cinema enterprise system for all their sites in the Netherlands. The agreement was implemented by Unique X, Pathé’s long time provider of the RossettaBridge theatre management system. Cielo’s software will act as a complement to Unique X's platform. Pathé has 246 screens across the Netherlands.
Arts Alliance Media is providing its Screenwriter Theatre Management System and software support to the Sundance Film Festival for the fourth consecutive year. Sundance Institute will use AAM’s Screenwriter TMS at six 2020 Sundance Film Festival screening locations across Park City, Salt Lake City and the Sundance Mountain Resort in Utah, from January 23 to February 2.
The Kuwait National Cinema Company has installed Unique X’s RosettaBridge theatre management systems product suite within the Kuwaiti territory, enabling KNCC theatres, operating under the Cinescape brand, to automate and centrally manage its theatre portfolio, while automating much of the daily booth operations. The technology package also includes a Basekey key digital messaging system.

AMC has selected Cineplex Digital Media to manage and enhance AMC’s digital network at approximately 630 locations across the United States, including its box office signage, theatre menu boards and other ancillary signage.
