With the help of new sponsorship from Netflix, the organization is building upon its mission to promote diversity within the VFX industry by expanding into Europe. RSP Delivers for The Boys

In its second outing with the wildly popular superhero drama The Boys, developed by Eric Kripke and based on the comic book by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson, Rising Sun Pictures delivered more than 100 visual effects shots for the show’s eight-episode third season. The studio’s contributions included a jaw-dropping sequence that opens the first episode, depicting the spectacular, near total destruction of New York City.

Scanline VFX Takes on Stranger Things 4

From children of the 1980s to teenagers and everyone in between, the Netflix series Stranger Things has connected with audiences worldwide. The fourth season features superpowered showdowns, exploding helicopters and sinister vine attacks. These episodes presented Scanline VFX with many opportunities to create a number of new and exciting effects. “The visual effects work in previous seasons was stellar, but this season was more like nine blockbuster movies,” says Justin Mitchell, visual effects supervisor at Scanline VFX. “We were given some huge sequences and complex effects to work on across eight of the episodes.”
