Admission may be reserved through Star Cinema’s free mobile app for $18 per vehicle. Feature presentations will consist of a variety of classic films guaranteed to appeal to a wide range of movie fans as well as first-run titles, including the highly anticipated Tenet, Bill and Ted Face the Music, and Wonder Woman 1984.

Each of the two screens is 25 feet wide by 15 feet tall. The projectors are two NEC NP-NC1201s. For sound they are using an FM transmitter that people can tune in from their radios. They’re starting with 47 cars per screening, but can flex to 70 if volume dictates.

Show times are 8:15 pm, every Thursday-Sunday with a late-night attraction available at 10:30 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

Star Cinema Grill will be offering its most popular menu items, concessions, as well as full liquor, beer, and wine selection to guests from the comfort of their vehicle. They are also partnering with Karbach Brewing and Silver Eagle Distributors to offer drink specials each night.

“People are looking for a sense of normalcy. Star Cinema Grill’s drive-in movie setup allows the community a chance to relax and take in a film, while doing so from the comfort and safety of their own car,” said David Graham, marketing manager, Karbach Brewing. “We cannot wait to enjoy a cold Crawford Bock while taking in these shows.”

As one of the first movie theatres to open in this new environment, Star Cinema Grill has pioneered a safer movie-going experience and helped write the road map that other theatres around the country are now using to operate. The drive-in is yet another way of offering guests a safe and unique experience for seeing a movie.

“Being able to put together a drive-in theatere and show new release movies is really exciting,” said Jason Ostrow, vice president, Star Cinema Grill. “We have heard the demand from our guests and responded, as we always do.”
