The Academy Color Predictor, the first app created for the general public by the Science and Technology Council of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, is now available on iTunes. The free app for iPad iOS 7 was highlighted at the 2014 NAB Show in Las Vegas last week.
32Ten Studios in San Rafael, California has produced a new TV campaign designed to help recruiting efforts by the Vallejo Police Department. The new PSA campaign will debut on the air on Northern California television this spring. The announcement was made by 32Ten CEO Tim Partridge, who directed the TV spot.

Stream TV Networks will highlight its Ultra-D glasses-free 3D technology at the National Association of Broadcasters convention in Las Vegas next week, marking the first time that the glasses-free 3D screens will be on display at the show. Fujifilm will announce the latest addition to its Cabrio series of cine zooms, the Premier PL 25-300mm Cabrio [ZK12x25] at the National Association of Broadcasters convention in Las Vegas next week. Equipped with a 35mm PL mount, the PL 25-300mm boasts a high zoom ratio covering the focal length of 25mm to 300mm.
