Kisco, New York last November after the theatre had been forced to close because of the pandemic. Today the company announced the venues early business records.

To date, the exhibitor has recorded 10,301 admissions in 2,034 shows of 33 movies released by most of the major distributors.

AB said it will continue its theatre acquisition strategy to acquire 10 locations geographically to achieve economies of scale.

The Mt. Kisco Theatre first opened on December 21, 1962, with Hayley Mills in the film, In Search of the Castaways. The theatre was a replacement for the town's other movie theater that had burned down. It was later twinned and further divided into five screens.

The venue was operated for years by Lesser Theaters, then purchased by Clearview Cinemas. In June of 2013, it was taken over by Bow-Tie Cinemas until March of 2020, when it was forced to close due to the pandemic.
