NY Cinemas Joins BillMe Platform

The ticketing and marketing platform BillMe has partnered with NY Cinemas, an exhibitor with 19 screens in Ghazipur, Raebareli and Surendranagar, and plan to bring the multiplex experience to 250 screens across India in the next five years.

NY Cinemas joins other BillMe clients including Cinepolis, Miraj Cinemas, Movie Max, Connplex, and Prasads. The three key advantages of BillMe's digital ticketing are evident in saving printing costs, increasing customer engagement, and boosting data collection at the source. BillMe says it now has 60 percent of the market in India.

Rajeev Sharma, CEO of NY Cinemas, lauded BillMe's engaging digital ticketing system, praising its technology, user-friendliness, and value for merchants like themselves.

The company said BillMe's introduction has significantly impacted the industry, saving cinema houses more than six crores annually in printing costs. Moreover, the premium digital ticket experience has led to an incredible increase in annual sales by five crores, as marketeers leverage automated marketing channels and advertising.
