PVR Inox has opened a six-screen cinema at the Mall of Faridabad in Haryana, India.
The newly opened cinema features 4K laser projection with five premiere auditoriums equipped with celebrity recliners, 2K laser projection, Dolby Atmos sound, and RealD 3D technology.
This marks the sixth cinema for PVR in Faridabad and reinforces its presence in Haryana with a total of 94 screens in 23 properties, part of its expansion strategy in Northern India with 469 screens in 104 properties.
The company now operates the largest multiplex network with 1,732 screens across 363 properties in 113 cities (India and Sri Lanka).
This month, PVR Inox also launched 18 screens in Pune and Patna and reopened the iconic Sangam cinema at Andheri East with 2K projection, Dolby 7.1 audio 3D technology.
