The UK cinema advertising contractor, Pearl & Dean, has rekindled its relationship with Curzon by securing a new contract set to start in July 2023. The partnership will see Pearl & Dean work with Curzon to deliver advertising in their luxury cinema spaces and potentially across their other assets in the future.
Pearl & Dean last worked with Curzon in 2015, when the contract moved to DCM. The return to Pearl & Dean will enable these two iconic cinema brands to bring the power of cinema and the big screen fully to life for advertisers.
Curzon is a luxury independent film brand covering film exhibition, distribution, production, and on-demand streaming.
Curzon cinemas offer premium film experiences in atmospheric venues around London and across the UK. The iconic chain has an upmarket customer base who are curious and passionate about culture. They host premieres and Q&As with award-winning directors and high-profile actors. Curzon boasts 60 screens across 17 cinemas, and it plans to continue expanding with the reopening of its Chelsea location next on the agenda.
Pearl & Dean CEO Kathryn Jacob said, “It’s fantastic to be reunited with Curzon, and we are excited to embark on this new chapter with them, celebrating and collaborating on the magic of cinema through luxury experiences.”
Commercial director, Alex Sheldon from Curzon said, “We look forward to working with Pearl & Dean. This great collaboration marries two iconic heritage brands with a rich history within cinema, especially as Pearl & Dean turns 70 this year and Curzon turns 90 in 2024.”
